Yes, we automatically synchronise the following statuses with Shopify; out for delivery, attempted delivery, failed delivery and cancelled delivery. Each merchant can decide whether or not to disable the synchronisation.

Yes. Shopify recently released native support for tipping. We can pass the tip value through to your API when creating a delivery. You would then invoice the merchant for the cost of delivery plus the tip amount.
